"La Maison Désinvolte" took up its summer quarters in Le Plessis from June 13 to August 31, 2020.
Both a flea market and a gallery, a guinguette, it settled in an ephemeral way between hills and valleys, in an old farm where everyone could wander as they pleased in the heart of this summer project.
Visitors could wander around the house, the outbuildings and the 4 hectares at their leisure, where different spaces had been imagined, while keeping the original charm and spirit of the place.
- flea market and antiques staged in different spaces;
- an artistic journey designed by art historian and curator Christine Ollier who has installed works by Ashley Asford-Brown, Marco Barbon, Clara Chichin, ID Textile, Bernard Louette, Catherine Loy, Frédérique Petit, Morgan Moguer and Guillaume Zuili
- a brunch-guinguette (local products & music)
La Maison Désinvolte was expecting 80 people on June 13 for the opening. More than 1,200 attended. During these two and a half months, more than 11,000 people set foot on the 4 hectares of Le Plessis.
